All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the Waikato, New Zealand.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Local pickup is available in the Waikato area. If you select this option at checkout, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable pickup time.
